This tonkotsu ramen restaurant started as a yatai food stall in 1955. It currently serves other kinds of ramen as well, such as miso ramen topped with bean sprouts. Another popular meal is yakimeshi, which is al dente steamed rice stir-fried over strong heat. On Wednesdays, female customers can each order a free side dish, including kaedama!
