This Hakata-style yakitori (skewered chicken) restaurant grills each skewer over high-grade charcoal. Various types of meat are on the menu, such as black Wagyu beef and Itoshima pork. The staff continues to hone their skills in order to fully utilize the fresh meat and produce.
