Nagahamaya, also known as Ganso, opened in 1955 on the yatai street beside the Nagahama Fish Market. It is famous for its thin noodles (hosomen) and additional servings of noodles (kaedama) that were created to satisfy laborers quickly. The noodle texture and amount of oil can be adjusted to your preference.
